Hi, I'm Phillip — RPC to most people.

I'm an engineer, and my career has split about evenly between early-stage startups (mostly seed and Series A) and big tech.

Outside of work I'm the founder and chairman of the American Leadership Foundation, a scholarship and mentoring nonprofit for students at large public high schools.
